Senior Textbook & Materials Return - Tuesday, May 19

Collection for all school materials including but not limited to textbooks, items checked out from the Media Center, band instruments, choir robes & dresses,  is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19.  All senior students should have received an email indicating what textbook materials they are responsible for.  Please locate these items so that they are ready to be turned in on Tuesday, May 19.  Students for now may keep district chromebooks that have been issued to continue with distance learning as these will be collected at a later time.

Students or family members should arrive at an appointed time, drive their vehicles to Door 3W outside the cafeteria and wait in their cars until a staff member approaches with a cart to drop off textbook materials.  Vehicles may then drive around the horsehoe to drop off any music items outside Door 52W at the auditorium.  Once materials are dropped off, students and families are free to leave.  Materials will be inventoried by staff throughout the week.  

RPC students with last names A - Fal should arrive for material drop off between 8:00 - 9:30.

GPC students with last names Fam - Lam  should arrive for material drop off between 9:30 - 11:00.

WPC students with last names Lan - Rod  should arrive for material drop off between 12:30 - 2:00.

BPC students with last names Roe - Z  should arrive for material drop off between 2:00 - 3:30.

Students who do not turn in materials that have been checked out to them will have a hold placed on their graduation cap and gown and will not be able to pick up their cap & gown on May 26 or 27 until materials have been turned in.
