Physical Education

Our Physical Education staff emphasize physical fitness as it relates to a student’s personal growth and development. Students participate in activities where they collaborate, compete, reflect and refine their personal fitness goals.

Knowledge, competency and application of movement, fitness and wellness concepts encourage healthy lifestyle choices. Self-assessment, self-reflection and a sense of responsibility toward others contribute to individual growth and to the positive classroom climate. An online physical education credit option is  available.
