Family Technology Support

Need tech support? We're just a call away!

Starting September 21, we will have a full-time Online Family Technology support person available to help families struggling with the technology needed to support learning at home. She'll be available to trouble shoot problems with learning platforms, as well as help solve issues logging into various online resources.

Please remember to reach out to your child's teacher first with any questions you may have about classroom assignments

You can reach the Online Family Technology Support person at
or 651-351-8404.

Technology Support for Online Learning

We’ve improved our online and distance learning experience for our students based on the feedback you provided us last spring.

We’re also making it easier for students - and their parents/guardians - to navigate online learning:

  • One landing spot for consistent communication for families
  • Organized and consistent posting of assignments and messages for both students and parents
  • How-to tutorials for students and parents on all online learning tools

Need a Device?

Contact your child’s school to request a device.

Need Help?

Check out this website for links to tutorials and online learning tools.

All students will need their own device to fully participate in online learning. Students should not be sharing devices with siblings or other family members. If families are unable to supply each child with a device (Chromebook, Apple computer, Windows computer), you can request support from the district. The district has a limited ability to provide devices and/or Internet support to families that require it.

Internet services are only supplied when a family can't afford it or can't receive it based on where they live. Find service providers in your area and access low cost Internet solutions.
