Smart reStart: Planning for Fall 2020

School board approves Hybrid Learning model to start the school year

On August 6 the school board voted to adopt Hybrid Learning as the base learning model in which to begin the school year. This is subject to change prior to the start of the school year, and it is very likely the district will have to shift between learning models at various times in the year as COVID rates fluctuate. The decision was made using guidance from Executive Order 20-82 and Minnesota’s Safe Learning Plan for the 2020-21 school year.

Please note: To provide additional time for our staff and families to prepare for this fall, the school board voted to delay the start of the school year by one week. Our first week of school will be September 8, 2020. View 2020-2021 Calendar
