The 1972 alumnae started her career as an elementary teacher in Arizona, but was drawn to marketing. She returned home to work at Cub Foods which was co-founded by her father, and spent 13 years in the advertising department. As CEO of the Host Committee for Super Bowl LII, Bausch once again shined the spotlight on Minnesota. The committee’s Bold North campaign put the state on the biggest stage in the world.
