School lunch code

Parents may pay safely and securely online for meals and food purchases using Use FeePay

Credit cards or electronic funds transfer from a checking or savings account are acceptable methods of payment.

Please note: Your child's meals balance will carry forward from the previous school year. FeePay is a free service where you may set up email notifications for low balances, establish automatic payments, and monitor your child's meal purchases (even if you don't PAY online).

Pay at school with check or cash:

  • To pay for meals by sending a check or money to school with your child, please use the following instructions:

    Checks or money should be placed in a sealed envelope. Please put the following student information on the outside of the envelope:
    • Name (student's first and last)
    • PIN Number
    • Teacher (Elementary Only)
    • Grade (Middle & High School Only)
    • Amount Enclosed
  • Checks: Checks should be made out to "Stillwater Area Schools". Checks should also include the student's name and PIN number written in the memo section to ensure deposit in the correct account.
  • Each school has a designated, secured location where students should place their payments, normally close to the school entrance. To ensure money placement into the student's account prior to lunch, please check that location for time deadlines.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds to students leaving the district will be made upon receipt of a written request from the student's parent or guardian. (Email or send to Stillwater Area Schools, Attn: Food Service Department, 1875 Greeley Street South, Stillwater, MN 55082.) The district Nutruition Services office will issue a check for the balance remaining in the student's account and it will be mailed to your home.
  • If a refund request is not made within one year of leaving the district, the money will be donated to the Angel Fund to assist families in need.
  • No refunds under $10 will be issued. The funds can be transferred to a family member or donated to the Angel Fund to assist families in need.
  • Seniors have 30 days after graduation to send a written request for a refund or the money with be donated to the Angel Fund to assist families in need.
