The COVID-19 pandemic is stressful and it may be causing challenges for you and your family in a variety of ways - from your mental health to your physical needs. We're continuing to help support our students and their families throughout the COVID-19 quarantine. Check our the following resources:

Resources for Parents:

 As a parent, you're suddenly navigating working from home, supporting your children’s distance learning and managing everyone's stress and anxiety. Don't do it alone! Let’s come together, through video chat, to support and connect with one another, share tips and strategies, and make some new friends.

Online discussion groups are now forming through Stillwater Community Education. Each group will include 10 parents/caregivers with kids the same age. A family educator will also be part of the group to help guide the discussion. Sign up online at
